At Novaireluxe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unused and in like-new condition
returned in the original undamaged packaging
complete with any included accessories, inserts, or documentation

To help protect the product during return shipping, we recommend using the original shipping box and packaging materials whenever possible.

Please do not send your return without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

a damaged item received
an incorrect item received
an error caused by us

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund
shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error

5. Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
