Returns

Customers have 30 days to return their novaireluxe products in like-new condition, in the original undamaged packaging. Please save and use the original shipping box and filler to protect your product box when shipping your items back. We do not refund shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will inspect the item, notify you of the approval, and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing time is 3 to 7 business days

Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order.

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
