At Novaireluxe, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and order support.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We work with trusted international fulfillment partners to offer a wide product selection and competitive pricing.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

  • Belgium: 5–7 business days

  • Germany: 7–15 business days

  • Netherlands: 7–15 business days

  • France: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • supplier or warehouse delays

  • customs processing

  • national holidays

  • carrier disruptions

  • local postal service delays

3. Shipping Rates

We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

Shipping fees by order value:

  • Orders over €100: Free shipping

  • Orders under €100: €5.50 shipping fee

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

We can only update your address if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with our fulfillment and shipping partners.

While we do our best to assist with delayed or lost shipments, delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or external circumstances may be outside our direct control.
