Baking Soda Method
Make a paste using 1 tablespoon of baking soda and a small amount of water. Apply it to the inside of the bottle and the lid. Scrub with a brush. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then rinse well with hot water. This method works well on stubborn stains and smells.
Dishwasher Method

Stainless Steel Bottles

Sometimes your bottle tells you it needs more than a regular wash. Knowing these signs helps you act before the problem becomes a hygiene risk.
- Visible dark spots or film inside the body or lid — This is mould. Stop using the bottle immediately. Clean with a baking soda scrub or replace the bottle if the mould is deep in crevices.
